The only insurance company I am currently in network with is Regence. For all other insurance plans I provide a detailed super bill after your appointment. This document contains all the necessary information your insurance company may require for reimbursement that you can then submit to your insurance provider directly.

No, you do not need a referral from your doctor to receive treatment. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage. Please verify requirements for coverage with your insurance to carrier prior to your visit.

A typical physical therapy session lasts about one hour. However, the length of your session may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.
